I’m Marian Snowe, and I write character-driven lesbian romances with happy endings. I find sanctuary in stories about love, and most of all about love between women. It’s my hope to show people that lesbians can find true love and live happily ever after, even if media depictions of us say otherwise.
In my stories, you can find complex women who overcome both internal and external obstacles through their romantic journey together. I’m entranced with the natural world, from mockingbirds to yarrow blossoms to cirrocumulus clouds, and it weaves itself into my writing as my wife and I explore life together.
My wife, Ruby Grandin, and I have been writing love stories together since we met in 2001. This is such an important part of our life that I’ve taken to writing lesbian fiction full-time, and we’ve even co-authored two books.
